So what you're really asking is ';should people that put the wrong fuel in their vehicles be held responsible for their own mistakes?';Should oil companies who do not add lubricant to their ULSD have to pay for injector pump repairs?

The use of USLD was announced a year or two (or more) in advance of the actual happening.
You did not use proper additives, you Fail.
